Inside The Fortress Gate

Description

Daemons, devils, and a few beasts of elemental origin carry their wares past heavily armed daemon guards and the spiked gates here. A few of the smaller daemons appear to have been detained for inspection by the guards, ever wary of smugglers and illegal items. All around you, odd creatures seemed to have set up shop in this tiny courtyard, a few bartering with their neighbors while others absorb the dark splendor of the fortress and the shadowy keep off to the south. Streets branch off to the south and west, away from the busy main gate.
