Description
The ceiling here is transparent and, on a high dias in the center of the room, a stargazing device is pointed up toward the heavens. The walls here are made of strange black crystal that vibrates and hums as if alive. Every so often waves of magical light are conducted through the crystal walls at lightning speed. On the southern wall there is a shimmering waterfall of magical energy. Hallways lead east and west and a small passageway branches north.
