Description
The lighthouse kitchen must have been quite grand in its day, especially since it was only required for a family of four people. Looking around now, all you can are rusty pots and pans as well as a number of cobwebs strung from various parts of the rooom. Water drips from a leaky tap and creates a hollow sound each time it strikes the bottom of one of the kitchen sinks. The northern wall is curved as this room formed part of the original lighthouse, now extended by the addition of the family house. Tracks on the wall mark where water has travelled from the rooms above down to this lower level.
