Description
This room is completely damp, dominated in its centre by a perfectly circular surface pool. The pool glows slightly, you suspect because it has been lit from underneath. The large amount of open water in this room has caused significant amounts of moisture to accumulate on the stone walls and floor, making walking around quite a challenge. This pool must be how the Tong smuggles black market goods into Kir-Oshi. It must lead out to the harbor somehow.
