These rooms push the inhabitants in the direction specified. The message
"<name> drifts <direction>." is sent to the room.

Sector-based drift messages can be created if needed. (i.e. For sector wind,
perhaps "<name> is blown <dir>.")

Room inhabitants have a 50% chance of getting pushed every 10 and 15 seconds.
