Usage: recite &lt;scroll&gt; [Target]

Is used to "read" a magical scroll.  Target can be an object, character or
nothing (which defaults to yourself). When read, scrolls will dissolve. Some
scrolls may contain more than one spell.

[IMPORTANT](/database#item-9906) NOTE: Recall scrolls *cannot* be used during combat. You *must* be
out of battle to use a recall scroll.
